Setting up DEVI

Your agency created a DEVI account for you. Three steps, once, and then you sign in normally.

Effective 7 September 2026  ·  Last updated 7 September 2026

Before you start

Your administrator gives you two things, and they are deliberately sent by two different routes:

  • An invitation — a long one-time code. This is usually the one that arrives by text message.
  • A sign-in address and a temporary password — given to you another way, such as in person or by phone.

If you only have one of the two, ask your administrator for the other before you begin. Anyone holding both can sign in as you, which is why they do not travel together.

1. Install DEVI

DEVI Digital Operations is an iPhone app. It is not open to public download — your administrator sends you the install link along with your account details. If you do not have that link, ask them for it.

Install it before you go any further. The rest of this page happens inside the app.

2. Sign in

Open DEVI and tap Sign in. Enter the sign-in address and the temporary password your administrator gave you.

You are asked to choose a password of your own straight away. Choose it and continue. DEVI itself never sees this password — it is typed into the secure sign-in page.

3. Complete enrollment

Tap Complete enrollment and paste the invitation your administrator sent you. This is what activates your access.

The order does not matter. You can enter the invitation before you sign in, or after. If you signed in first and the app looks empty, that is expected — it is telling you enrollment is not finished. Tap Complete enrollment on the home screen or on the Account screen and paste the invitation there.

The invitation works once and expires eight hours after it is issued. If it no longer works, your administrator can issue you a new one; your account itself is unaffected.

If something does not work

The invitation is refused

It has expired, it has already been used, or a character was lost in copying. The code is case-sensitive. Ask your administrator for a new invitation rather than retrying the same one.

You forgot your password

There is no self-service password reset, by design. Your administrator sets a new temporary password for you, and you choose your own the next time you sign in.

You do not have an account

DEVI has no public sign-up, and one cannot be created from the app. Accounts are created by an administrator at your agency. If you need one, ask them.

Anything else

Account problems go to your administrator, who can act immediately. Problems with the app itself go to contact@deviops.app. See Support for what to include.
