About

A detective and examiner who builds software with AI.

Noah Monroe is a detective and a digital forensic examiner in Idaho. I have been in law enforcement since 2019. My investigations include SVU and persons-crimes work, including domestic violence. I perform digital forensic extractions and examinations. I am a field training officer and a high liability Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC) instructor. I am a co-founder of Adrenaline Realm, and I am earning an M.S. in Software Engineering at Southern New Hampshire University.

I build software with AI agents. The notes here sit where the work and the tools meet: what examiners actually see, what investigators can trust a model to do, and what it is like to learn to build without coming up through a traditional computer science path.

Three sections hold the work.

  • Forensics is a searchable notebook of mobile and computer forensic findings. The notes already published there keep their URLs.
  • AI and Policing is for what AI can help an investigator with, and what it should not be asked to do.
  • Learning is coursework from SNHU and notes on building software with AI.
